Send a note if a rate looks stale, a source label is unclear or a guide does not answer the question you arrived with.
Report a rate issue
Include the page URL, the timestamp shown and a short description of the difference you noticed. Do not send banking credentials, account numbers or API keys.
- Rate or timestamp appears stale
- BNM reference is missing or unclear
- Chart and displayed summary disagree
Suggest a correction
For copy or methodology corrections, quote the sentence and include a reliable source where possible. Clear factual corrections take priority over promotional requests.
Response time
Messages are reviewed on Singapore business days. A reply is not guaranteed, but actionable rate and accuracy reports are usually acknowledged first.
